Transport

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

We offer two delivery methods.

Home delivery - Colissimo France and Europe

Delivery is made to the address of your choice.
The delivery time for Colissimo is 48 hours (2 working days) for deliveries in Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco) and 3 to 7 days for Europe.
The European countries concerned for delivery are : Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.

Delivery in Relay Point - Mondial Relay

The average delivery time for Mondial Relay is 72 hours (3 working days, not guaranteed) for deliveries in mainland France and 3 to 6 working days in Europe.
The European countries concerned are : Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain.

Terms and conditions for returning products

After receipt of your package, if one or more products do not suit you, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.

The return concerns products delivered in good condition. The products must be in their original packaging and not have been used. You are responsible for the delivery costs of the return.

The steps concerning the return of the product(s) are :

1. Send an email to serviceclient@blancreme.com specifying your order number and the references concerned. We will send you a return form.
2. Pack the product(s) in the original packaging, secure it (them) to avoid breakage and make sure you include your order number.
3. Stick the return label and send the package to the following address

4. After receiving your package, a confirmation email will be sent to you and the amount of the product refunded by sending a cheque to your delivery address.
If you need more information, please contact our customer service.

In the case of a defective product delivered (perfume, breakage, texture...) or an allergy problem linked to its use, we invite you to contact us on 09.72.65.93.55 (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) or on the customer service email. In the case of a product defect, please enclose photos highlighting the defect.

All our products are packaged in our Blancrème factory, in order to guarantee perfect production management, without waste or intensive production! Just the right amount, ultra fresh.
