General conditions of publication of product reviews from consumers

On the website www.blancreme.com (hereafter the Site), the company Épicerie Fine Cosmétique gives users of its products (excluding employees of the company) the possibility to give their opinion on the products they use (hereafter the Opinion(s)), in order to share their experience with other users (hereafter the User(s)). Any User who wishes to share a Review on the Site in this way remains responsible for their review and the Review so shared.

By submitting a Review on a product, you guarantee :
- the respect of the present General Terms of Publication ;
- the use of your real identity (prohibition of false identities/profiles);
- that you are the sole author and owner of the content transmitted;
- that all the content you publish is original and accurate;
- that you are at least 18 years old;
- that the content you provide does not harm any person or entity.

In addition, you agree not to send any content :
- that you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
- that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, publicity rights or privacy rights of any third party; or
- identifies you;
- violates any law or ordinance, or any order or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination or false advertising);
- which presents an opinion that is not related to the product being tested;
- that is or may reasonably be considered defamatory, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or business; for which you have been paid or received compensation by any unapproved third party;
- which contains information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact details or telephone numbers;
- contains viruses, worms or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.

Written evaluations/notices and comments are generally published within two (2) weeks.

Épicerie Fine Cosmétique sometimes offers something in return for submitting a review. In particular, in the form of products to be tested as part of our Ambassadors programme.

Moderation and refusal of publication

Épicerie Fine Cosmétique may exercise moderation over the publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication online in the following cases
- when a Notice does not comply with the General Terms of Publication;
- if the content of a Notice is written in a foreign language other than French;
- if the text is incomprehensible.

Personal data

The product reviews submitted
- will be visible for 3 years with the first name of the User ;
- then, will become visible in an anonymous way at the end of these 3 years.

Users accept that Épicerie Fine Cosmétique may use their personal data for the sole purpose of contacting them in the event of a complaint. For more information, please consult our personal data protection policy.

Intellectual property

By sharing a Review on the Site, the User allows Épicerie Fine Cosmétique to reproduce, copy, translate, and use it, in its entirety or only in part, on its promotional materials, on its social networks and on its Site for the world, and for the duration of the copyright.
